My name is Paul Ippolito and I am the Principal of Ippolito Lawyers.

I believe in practising what I preach.

I am a lawyer, principal of a law firm, lecturer in law, researcher, writer and speaker about the future of law as well as a high performance coach and mentor to those in the legal profession. Yes, I do a lot.

As a lawyer, I practise predominantly in commercial law helping business owners providing them peace of mind, by acting as much as I can as a one stop shop for all those areas of legal practice, relating to running a business.

Our firm provides commercial law services as well as advisory services from two locations in Sydney – Crows Nest and Cronulla.

I have previously taught management at Western Sydney University which allows me to provide grounded business advice to our commercial clients.

Since 2008 I have also lectured in law at The College of Law in Sydney.

I am also interested in the future of law as a research subject for which I have taught and spoken to students and lecturers about for years and also at public conference level.

As a high performance lawyer coach, I have helped law students, graduate lawyers, lawyers and law firms achieve their ambitions and become more successful. These include things like working smarter and not harder, increasing the number and quality of the clients they have, growing profits, managing busy-ness, achieving work / life integration, developing careers, managing change and making lawyers healthier, wealthier and wiser.

As you can see, I walk the talk and I am passionate about the work that I do.

Everything I do is interconnected.

My legal practice work informs my academic and research work, speaking and writing and vice versa.

All of this adds together, to allow me to give back to the legal profession and our community, as well as making me a better person and lawyer every day.
